I have had a trifecta of first-rate experiences with this dealership, each one being better than the next. Their service is as professional as can be performed, and I know service, having been in the business.

Each time in Sales, my expectations have been exceeded. They are an island of professional courtesy in a churning sea of usual car experiences.

On Saturday my husband and I went out to lunch and decided to stop at this dealership on our way home. We weren't even really thinking about purchasing a car but we thought we would stop and look. Well, as it turns out we ended up purchasing a CPO ML350 and it was seriously the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership...and we have had numerous experiences. Our Sales person Simon Najafinia was AWESOME! He was super knowledgeable about all Mercedes models, very professional, and really nice. He wasn't pushy at all and he really tried to move the process along as fast as he could. Our Finance guy, Oz was very professional as well and really helped us get the best possible deal. We got the amount of $ we were expecting on our trade in, a really low interest rate, & gap & permashield for almost nothing. I've had my car for 2 days now and I love it. I had looked at this model before at Carmax and the quality was not the same at all. If you are planning on purchasing a used Mercedes it is in your best interest to purchase one that is CPO and is from an authorized dealer- My car looks brand new. Bottom line, we had a great experience here at the Foothill Ranch store and Simon was wonderful enjoy it so much we went back the very next day and purchased a car for my husband....seriously!... Oh yeah, and as an extra bonus they will wash your car for free every Saturday, forever.

This is a great dealership. The sales people don't pressure you, the cars are in great shape, and financing was easy. I picked up a MB from there and I LOVE my car.

I was pleased by the service and care given to me by Ed and Ramsey in finance and Derek in sales. After being at the dealership for several hours (with child in tow) we were ready to drive home (to the Palmdale, CA almost a million miles away) and I had forgot to bring my checkbook. Derek drove the car to me the following day(on his day off) and we completed the deal. I would highly recommend this team again.

I thought Derek was really great and I would recommend anybody I know looking for a Mercedes to contact him in regards to his purchase. He truly went above and beyond and took time and patience with us. He was also really patient with our son who came with us (who has special needs). Derek never acted bothered or anything by his behavior, but he was kind and patient with him/us. We truly enjoyed our purchasing experience.

very helpful. The manager Mr. Ali did a lot to get me a loan sanctioned the very same day. I think he did a great job as it was hard for me to get a loan with this being my first car.
