Quick. Mesa did a fantastic job with our new garage. They were able to salvage our motor and just change out the door and brackets. The installation was quick and the service man was very nice.

Mesa Garage Doors did an amazing job. Bought my Mother and Father a new door for there house in Orange, I called Mesa and a salesmen came out within 3 days in person to meet with my Father and I. The salesmen presented us with a variety of options for their house, everything from a low priced double door for something like $599 or a solid steel door that still was within our budget. ( with a federal tax credit) The salesmen even checked my parents motor to see if it was still up to par. After choosing a color and a model we scheduled a day for the door to be delivered, a small deposit up front (even accepted my discover card) and we had a date set. My mother received a call the day before delivery to confirm a time and that someone would be home. The installers arrived within the window they gave us and removed the old door very quickly, in fact we went inside to make lunch and by the time we went out to offer a drink to the installers they were already preparing the new door to be put in. Once the job was complete we noticed the installers sweeping the driveway and picking up some of the left over material, I was surprised because the last contractor we used left wood scraps and nails when replacing my parents windows. I would say that Mesa will be well referred by myself, as well as my parents, seeing how they sit on the board of their community organization. We were able to pay the installers as they were leaving, again with a credit card and were left with warranty information and a number to call for service if anything needed to be adjusted as the door settled. Great experience, with all my dealings with home improvement projects I wish they were all the same. THANKS MESA

Great guy!. The salesrep didn't tell me I needed to clear out my garage for the installation. So when the installer showed up, (right on time, might I add) without a second thought, he helped me clear my whole garage and put it back when he was done.

I keep on using them, and they keep making me happy. I have used Mesa Garage Doors on several of my properties and keep coming back. I even feel confident allowing them to install my doors when I'm away from home. The installers are always timely and very neat and clean. I am definitely using them again.

clean and timely! i like it. The installer called me before his arrival, which was right on time.

He kept his work area extremely clean and made sure I knew how to use my new garage door system before he left.

Very nice experience.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY: Quick talking shady people. These people are theives and liars. The salesman lied to us, when I called to cancel, I was told they would keep my deposit even though they wouldn't dispute the lie. Unbelievable! Zero customer service!! When I called to place an order... they were quick to jump on the call...when I had a problem... It took 3 days and 7 phone calls that went to God knows whose voice mails.

And btw, they are not the best price in town...you can do better!!

Well mannered. Installers, arrived on time and worked hard even through the heat wave we were dealing with. They were polite and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves after the work was done. Very well mannered employees!
