My bicycle was stolen from garage while Mesa was replacing 3 doors. They deny any responsibility- although the bike was there when Mesa arrived and gone when their men left-- and Mesa has been completely uncooperative in resolving the matter. They have not called back with information, nor returned my calls-- from Dwight Esnard to the assistant or clerk. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of basic customer service, and to have had property stolen during the work.

Do not trust these guys they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They no-showed twice then when they did show up they installed it wrong and it grinds when opening. They refuse to come fix it and I have had to file a complaint with the state contractors board. Just do a little research the president Dwight Esnard will promise to fix it then never return calls... Beware!

Sure quick, finished in under two hours. very good installer. Been working at Mesa for 14 yrs. - says installer.

These guys were great. My door was not working so i called them to get an estimate for a new garage door. The guy came out and told me that my door was perfectly fine and all i needed to do was align my sensors. He fixed it for me right on the spot at no charge and now my door works like new. Highly recommended. Talk about integrity!

There is nowhere in Southern California that you can get the quality garage door and the quality of installation anywhere close to the price you will get from Mesa and believe me, I shopped around. I'm refurbishing my house and I've had to deal with a number of contractors and Mesa was definitely my best experience out of all of them.
