GREAT PLACE TO GO FOR LASER TREATMENTS. Just finished my treatment today and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff is great and I know the results are going to be as well. I definitely got my money's worth.

They're OK. I've had 6 treatments and have had mixed experiences. Some of the staff are good, some are checked out. They charge $100 if you cancel with less than 48 hours but don't follow the same rule themselves. When they're running behind not only do you get in late for your appointment and thereby pay more in parking but they want to rush you through your appointment. If you're using one of the lasers that is more painful then this rush means you will have to push for the time you rightly need to prep (ice). The best thing I can say is speak up whenever you are bothered by something or have an issue and generally I've found they address it. Be cautious of any 5 star reviews that pop up from April on as I noticed they've started a program where they're rewarding people for 5 star reviews. Not sure that's a great idea.

Great job. I really like not having to shave my legs. They're always soft & smooth. Under arms, etc too. Oh, now, if I want to I can also wear very low bikinis, low-cut jeans, etc! Yay! Love it!

Great job. I have only been to one appointment here so far, but it was really great! The people who work here are knowledgable and easy to talk to. The actual laser procedure was totally PAIN FREE because they use the latest technology. It was so quick, too, which is awesome. It's too soon for me to see results, but I'm looking forward to seeing them in the months to come!

Good job. SCMS is the best hair removal place in SoCal. I decided to get my armpits and bikini done and it was seriously the best decision I have ever made. I no longer have to be a slave to the razor or to those dreadful bikini bumps. The staff is so friendly and professional that it was truly a pleasure to go for my treatments. A few months later and no more hair! If you're tired of hair, definitely give these a call. The prices are very reasonable and worth every penny. You won't regret it!

No problem. I've been in the process of having a tattoo removed, but I had to miss a scheduled session because I had to be out of town for work on the one day the center I normally go to provides the service. Enter South Coast MedSpa in Newport Beach! I called from the hotel and explained that I was from out of town and would only need one treatment, and they said no problem! The fit me in that afternoon and honored the price my usual place charges! EVERYONE on the staff was very nice and accommodating... I'm bummed I won't be able to return anytime soon! They made me feel very welcome, and the procedure went flawlessly as well. I highly recommend South Coast MedSpa for whatever process you need to have done!
