SCMS in newport beach has long time time problem of machine not working properly. They cancel your appointment because they have to fix and replace the laser machine. They also book you on a time together with other clients. Although i had my treatment done already, I still have hair left. Not a good experience. Just FYI. thanks

The staff is fantastic. Very aware of when to slow down, when to ice and when to adjust the settings. Very professional.

Courtney is fantastic. The best laser technician I've ever had. I've had treatments before in NC and TX and this place provided the best experience I've ever had. I highly recommend South Coast MedSpa to anyone.

The staff made me feel very welcomed as soon as walked through the door. I was offered water when I was politely asked to wait. The ONLY thing that has me kind of "sketchy" is that fact that 80% of hair loss is guranteed, but permanent loss isn't. :(

I really like not having to shave my legs. They're always soft & smooth. Under arms, etc too. Oh, now, if I want to I can also wear very low bikinis, low-cut jeans, etc! Yay! Love it!
