Walk into this Fine French Cuisine for a night of pure delight. Owner Pascal focuses on quality and fresh ingredients with Organic Meats and Notable Wines for just the right pairing. Delicious Entrees such as Seabass Au Thym, baked with Thyme Crust and Potato Gratin Sauteed Organic Spinach will keep you coming back for more. Tradition by Pascal offers a Three course Prix Fixe dinner Sunday nights from 4:30pm to 8:30pm with one free corkage per couple. Don't forget to end the night with a Homemade dessert such as the Flourless Chocolate Cake with Espresso Sauce and Whipped Creme. Also come next door to find Pascal Epiceree which specializes in all French Products such as Veal, Salmon, Organic Chicken, Salads, Sandwiches, Cookies, Pastries, Homemade Cakes, Wine and Cheese.

I was Very impressed by the quality of the food. This is My Favorite restaurant in Orange County. Great place to enjoy a meal that is made with top of the line meats and vegetables. Also next door to the restaurant is the Cafe that has great lunch items and desserts. Yummy!!!
