Great customer service for a very reasonable price. Robert Raciti, the owner of Ring Crafters is a very nice person who takes his time to understand exactly what his customers want and this for a great price.

Ring Crafters Delivers Top Quality Repairs.
I inherited an amethyst ring. It was missing two tiny pearls. Robert, Ring Crafters' owner, went out of his way to locate two tiny pearls that matched those on the rest of the ring. The repair price was very reasonable, and Robert cleaned my ring as well. He cares about the quality of his work.

Love My Design!. Ring Crafters did a great job designing a ring for me. The owner is a very sweet man and did a great job explaining the process. He did exactly what I wanted!
