GREAT SERVICE! GREAT COMMUNICATION!(HAIR). my personal experience at Otana salon, was great! I was so suprised with the service and how great my hair turned out! usually im very affraid when it comes to getting my hair cut because every place i went to cut it way too short and i was never satisfied. i felt so comfortable and literally the way i wanted my hair was done the exact way i imagined it! im defenetly comming here again! trust me, you get your moneys worth!

Brazilian Blowout ! Great!. I was extremely surprised when i walked in this place. the customer service is unbelievable, the owner is such a sweetheart and really loves what she does. Highly recommended!

Best eyebrows in Laguna. I found this gem walking down the street and wondered in for a moment. I was lucky enough to meet the owner who personally did my eyebrows. She did a great job, my eyebrows have never looked so good! I'm going to go back in a few weeks and get a Brazilian blowout!
