My husband purchased one for me and it sucks. Land rover sucks and so is service at this place. Land rover is a piece of crap.

Service Department Review 10/2010. I recently moved to Newport Beach

Vehicle: 2004 Range Rover HSE Full Size

Problem: Service Light "On"

Dealership diagnosed:

1. Oil Filter Mounts: $340

2. Water Pump $1200.

3. Air Suspension (Compressor)$1500.

---

I approved the Oil Filter Mounts: Picked up vehcile $375.

---

Drove my vehicle back to my LA mechanic

Final Costs:

1. Water Pump (OEM) $500.

2. Air Suspension compressor was fine- I recently had a flat and when AAA changed the tire they had smashed the air hose stopping air flow- cost to repair: Zero!

I love my Range Rover my mechanic is honest and Newport Range Rover is NoT!!!!..

HORRIBLE -VICTOR IN THE INTERNET DEPT. IS AN A--HOLE. Beware Land Rover Newport Beach advertises cars with low miles when you get there the car has 4000-7000 more miles on it. Victor in the internet dept. is a total A__ hole. Very condescending, patronizing and just rude. After going to this dealer I no longer even want to buy a LandRover.

Poor Service. I bought a new 2010 range rover sport, a nice car. Off the drivetway and taking it home it has issues with its blue tooth. I took it in for service and the part was back ordered for 45 days. I talked to the dealership and no one wanted to help.

Also when I bought my car, watch out for the finance department, excpecially Kelly. Very rude, and she plays with the paperwork. I was to have my car in my corporate name and she made a mistake and also put my personal name, and when you call back, they blame it on you saying " YOU SIGNED IT" They dont care once you drive away with the car. They were nice when they wanted my 73,000 for the car, but after that, Service is horrible.

Also they change numbers, prices, extended warranty details on the paperwork, so watch out.

If it was me I would not buy a vehicle from the Newport Beach Land Rover, go elsewhere, I learned the hard way
