What is up with their phone line?. ***and why do i have to give them even one star when they dont even deserve half of one???****

Okay, I have been trying to call this location since what I would consider to be normal retail operational hours, between 10:am-9pm? I have been calling for over an hour and half due to refund dispute and to NO AVAIL. What is up with the way the manage their business? Not to mention their customer service is beyond lacking. Somebody needs to report this franchise to their corporate office, or better yet.. maybe all the employees should be given free metro pcs business phones to handle the calls they can't seem to answer on their land line!

They suck Dont answer their phone. I called them 5x in 1 hr ,they never picked up phone,nor was there a voice mail option.They sell communication devices ,I guess they don't know how to operate them.I called between 10:30 - 11:30 am on a wed.
