Mediocore. I wasn't too happy with the customer service. I like dealing with people that are super passionate about their job. They didn't seem to have that drive that I love. They were knowledgeable enough though. I still didn't sell my gold to them. I went to a place around the corner and got more money than what they offered.

Friendly, Reliable & Honest Gold Guys. I came across So Cal Gold Company one day while on my lunch. I went in and spoke with someone regarding my old gold jewelry. The guy I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me to bring in my gold and he would take a look at what I had and tell me how much I would get. I brought my gold in the next day and he took a look at what I had. I was able to trade my gold in and some pieces were broken (they still took it). I was happy I was able to get rid of my gold and receive a good amount of money for it. Thanks So Cal Gold Co.
