Bad management.
In response to the management's arrogance: Use Amazon
Two employees at the store are just horrible. There is a short and stocky one with grey/brown hair who bothers browsers and gets too close.Don't know if he is still there.
But one of the floor managers there just has to go. The fourtyish man with short brown hair and glasses.
His name is "Rich". He is so unprofessional and personally abusive. He is a liability for them. I used to go reguarly to browse for pleasure and school.
The two of them illegally harrass customers and apparently ethnically profile. I guess they think Irish people are all thieves.
It is an otherwise good store but
because of them I would rather use Amazon or independent stores. Get rid of them already BN if you want to keep business and customer loyalty
