Worst Customer Service!!!!!. This was the worst experience of my professional life. I was referred to this low rent office by two friends. They each paid 1200 and had cases much more complex than mine. My case is very simple. No lawsuits, no home, very old debt. They wanted to charge me $2200 and when I advised that my friends had paid only 1200 I was told by the person I had a consultation with (he wasn't even an attorney) that was impossible and that he's been there two years and no one has ever paid so little. He finally pulled up one of the names and sure enough he tells me that she did in fact pay 1200 but that she was a hardship case and her family members helped her pay for it. He absolutely shouldn't be disclosing her personal details to me and lying isn't good either. I felt like I was being sold a car. It was non stop bs and lies. After the appointment I called to complain. I spoke to Chris, who initially set up the consultation. He was very nice and apologetic. He said he would do what he could to fix this. So about an hour later I receive a call from a Doan brother. This man was rude, disrespectful and only seemed interested in telling me that I was cheap. I told him that I was perfectly willing to pay a couple hundred dollars more than my friends but that I found an extra 800 to be excessive. All I wanted to know was why they thought my case should cost 2200. He said that because my total debt is high the 2200 is reasonable. So, apparently, if I had judgements and lawsuits that would be better than owing a creditor a large amount, even though those issues actually create more work. Huh? They will justify the excessive prices by saying something like this, "2200 to get rid of 50,000 isn't bad. So, by that logic if I had a house I owed 200,000 on I would only pay more than 8,000 to file bankruptcy??? He raised his voice to me, talked over me and yelled at me. I finally had to hang up because he wouldn't let me talk and I am not accustomed to being yelled at. I have done some research on all the reviews this company has and I have found that the same people are going in and leaving multiple reviews for Doan Law Firm. Let me make clear that this bad review has nothing to do with the price I was quoted. It has everything to do with the lies I was told and the way that I was talked to and yelled at. I think that Chris from the San Clemente office is much too nice and professional to work with these bitter-seeming old men. He should teach a professional etiquette class to the employees of Doan Law Firm in Santa Ana.…

The Absolute Worst!. In my opinion, when it comes to the Doan Law Firm I would never recommend this law firm to anyone for any reason. Their lack of communication was inexcusable. Misinformation was a constant. The mishandling of some of our paperwork cost my wife and I approximately $2000.00 in interest. The attitude received from the attorneys and staff was deplorable so needless to say, if there were a way to give a minus rating I would have. If this review stops but one or two people from wasting their time and money at the Doan Law Firm, then I would be well satisfied.…

Best Bankruptcy Firm!. I couldn’t speak higher of Doan Law Firm. When my husband and I looked at your website, we immediately knew you were for us. The bible verses assured us that we were doing the right thing, it was time we took action and ended our debt problems.

It was extremely scary making the initial call, but the firm is so friendly and understanding that we didn’t feel nervous much longer. When we went to the Creditor’s Hearing, we noticed that our Doan attorney, Alexa, was the only attorney that knew all of her client’s individual cases. The other attorneys scrambled in their paperwork trying to figure everything out at the site. She was extremely professional and well respected. We were so thankful we chose this firm!

Our entire bankruptcy process went by so smoothly and we highly recommend them to anyone who has to go through the bk process.…

Great Firm. Whenever I had a question or was unsure of anything throughout my bankruptcy process, this firm was right there to set me straight. All of their staff is very helpful and patient. I had heard of some really scary bk stories, so I was really worried going into the process. Luckily this firm is awesome and it was really smooth. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Going through bankruptcy is an extremely difficult process, but they handled everything and made it a breeze.…
