Newport North - A Terrible Place to Live. I have lived here for 3 years. When I first moved in, it was amazing. But now it is a whole other story.

#1 Rudest, Most Unhelpful Management in the OC

#2 Terrible Service - don't get me wrong, the service guys are awesome and super helpful, once the office allows you to speak to them. Phone calls are never picked up or returned and "We don't check messages" is all the management will tell you if you complain.

#3 These people think you are living in the nicest place OC has to offer (IOW overbearing about anything you put on your balcony or even your parking space) even though it is obviously a lower middle class apartment community. DEAL WITH IT.

Best advice - DON'T LIVE HERE. Find somewhere nicer with better management.
