see it for yourself. You have to call ADT now because they are the best in security systems. You have to see it for yourself. Just do not get bothered by the negative comments. It is usually for customers who have their own faults as well.

Good at informing. The person who came to my house gave me a very reasonable price on my security cameras. The installer who came here was nice as well. He was really good at talking or lecturing. Good job!

newly installed ADT. I love my newly installed ADT Home Alarm System. The 2 installers arrived on time and impressed on how they worked.

I hope that no BIG problem or disaster would come to our home. Thanks!

ADT was all propagant. I thought ADT is great. It was all propagant. What they promised in their ads is not true. I had it myself and I am pissed off. I am paying for nothing.

pleased with their service. My insurance agent (Aaron Johnson) at American Family

Insurance referred me to Leilani at Gaylord Security. I was

very please to be able to find an ADT monitored security

system for my business at such a low rate. The install was

not only affordable, but quick and efficient as well.

Whenever I have a question the customer service is great. I

was so pleased that I had the system installed in my home

as well. I recommend Gaylord Security to anyone looking for

a quality security system.

ADT scare. My mother, who is 76, a cancer survivor and hard of hearing, recently relocated to FL from up north. ADT was on her in a day. The installer told her the neighborhood was bad and she really needed their service. (I was there). This guy left behind paperwork of another customer; including her name, address, phone number AND social security number; which he never returned to get.

My mom decided to cancel her service within the 3-day time limit, but since then..(March, 2010), she has been threatened..harrassed by some made up collections company, and has called me in tears too many times. She paid the installation fee, and then canceled, and has since paid nothing. We have called and emailed no less than 25 times, and they STILL have not picked up this worthless contraption they installed in her home.

Definitely taking this to the Attorney General, as this seems to be their practice and pattern; harrassing, threatening and using their home-base taught scare tactics on the elderly.

The best!. ADT is the best company when it comes to security. They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! what do you expect? ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT (about 100 people) has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. Thats the only reason these other reviews are bad, not because ADT is a bad company by any means.
