Worst Customer Service Ever - Don't waste your money. Horrible customer service. I purchased two Living Social vouchers for 60-minute Swedish Massages and made the appointments for an early Mother's Day for both my Mom and I. I called the day before my appointment to confirm and after having to call for about 20 minutes before they finally picked up the phone, they advised that they did not have me on their calendar. This was very upsetting as my Mom is traveling a far distance (and has cancer) and I wanted to do something nice for her. I asked to speak to the owner who then got on the phone and blatently lied to me saying they had called and left a message for me to call them back with my certificate number. This never happened!! I could have given Sanja my certificate number when I first made the appointment with her...if she was doing her job correctly and asked me for it. She said that I should have provided it when making the appointment. SHE SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR IT AND I WOULD HAVE HAPPILY GIVEN IT TO HER. I can't do her job for her. I wonder how it feels to know that she just ruined someone's Mother's Day. Word of mouth is everything and I will make sure to warn everyone about this horrible place.

We are sorry you had this experience, unfortunatly we have to enforce this policy to avoid clients who may "no show". We did give you a courtesy call, and still did not hear from you. We did offer you appointments that were still open for the day of your original appointment but instead you cursed and hung up the phone before we could have made this right. I found the way you treated me and my staff offensive, and we are sad that this was the end result.

No matter what I say, it wouldn't be enough!. I had the most amazing experience with Evelyn yesterday. At first I was nervous but she puts me at ease right away with her warm smile and very comfortable surroundings. Her hands can work miracles with any tension or stiffness, her skilled hands work like magic, although I had a deep tissue massage and had a stiff back which was a bit painful, I fell asleep a couple of times throughout that 1 hour massage. I would rate her more than 5 stars if I can :)

To put it simply, this was the massage I ever had till date, and believe me I have been around a lot of places most that I visited once and never looked back, but Evelyn's massage is so out of this world I would be going back again ad again. I honestly cannot wait till I get to go again!

best place in town. Omg... this place is amazing... I have been coming to Ajasrika Wellness center for the last 3 years, I have to say that their deep tissue will put you to sleep. I have had the honor of being Sanja's client,,,,, WOW.....She is the best massage therapist ever...

If you are looking for a GrEaT deep tissue, "that does not hurt, and decent price" try this place, you will not regret it....

Best Deep Tissue Massage. I am so thankful that I found Ajasrika Wellness Center in Orange! Their Deep Tissue Massage is one of the best I have experienced. This Wellness Center is tucked away in a convenient corner off Katella. Once inside you are tranformed into a beautiful sanctuary where you will not t want to leave! I felt fully relaxed after the 60 minute session. Thank you Ajasrika Wellness!
