Excessive Prices for parts and labor.. A very negative and learning experience. I had this company come to my house to fix my Kenmore fridge and they found out that the Control Adaptive Defrost Timer was damaged. They charged me $300 for parts and labor and actually told me it was a discount. But after they finished the work, I went on online and found out the part that had to be replaced only cost $36.95. Other sites I checked had the same price too, the highest I found was about $65. So when you factor in labor, there is no way I should have been charged $300 but I was. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE. I should have done my research and I paid for that mistake. Don't make the same mistake I did, call someone else that's trustworthy and reliable.
