Terrible cleaning, terrible customer service, and a SCAM. In late December of 2011, I requested OC Fresh Carpet Care's quoted $69 carpet cleaning for my 2 small bedrooms. The technician arrived in an old, unmarked white van 10 minutes after the scheduled 30-minute time window. Immediately he informed me that the $69 service I had signed up for used a wall outlet-powered cleaner like the ones you can find in the grocery stores--however, the truck-powered cleaning service was available for $100. Since I was in a time crunch, and since there were no alternative companies available, I accepted. He then proceeded to turn on the van-mounted machine to low heat and chemical injection on, and he dragged dirty hoses into my home. During his cleaning (one sweep only--injection and suction together), he did not stop talking about how this "steam" cleaner was leaving my carpet like-new. I asked what chemicals he was spraying from a hand-held spritzer on the carpet before doing the one-over with the injection/suction nozzle with the aforementioned chemical injection, and he said "no chemicals!" At this point, I am unimpressed but still OK. Then, I decide to feel the heat coming from this "steam" cleaner: the injection hose near the nozzle was slightly warm to the touch, and the carpet he immediately treated was lukewarm-to-cold--definitely weaker than a Bissell machine I had before I moved. As he approaches the transition from from the carpet to the tile hallway, he repeatedly lifts up violently, unfastening the carpet from the subfloor with the suction nozzle. To my continued dismay, he soaks this portion of the carpet with the nozzle in mid-air. This repeated in my second bedroom, one-pass of mystery liquid injection, soaking and unfastening the transition area, and again, "like new!" was his refrain. All this took 15 minutes, including set-up. He then offers to demonstrate how he can also clean the grout in my bathroom floor, which is nearly black from the previous homeowner. I decide to humor him. He brings another mystery spritzer, a wire brush, and a white towel from his van and sprays the dirtiest section of grout he can find, brushes it for 3 seconds, and wipes the liquid with the towel. Result of this trial: still nearly black (though newly wet black). Not surprisingly, he exclaims, "like new!" again. Running out of patience, I decline his offer of continued cleaning and offer him my receipt from OC Fresh that claims $15 off ANY service $99 or more, and suddenly the technician goes from incompetent and perhaps blind to belligerent. He says that the truck-powered machine cleaning is actually valued at $180 and he had already given me an $80 discount. After several minutes of arguing, I call OC Fresh, which was of no help since they DO NOT supervise this technician (apparently they contract out the jobs to independents). The technician then calls HIS supervisor and speaks in Hebrew for about 5 minutes. I then ask to speak to this supervisor, but then he claims that the supervisor is on vacation and is not to be bothered. He offers for me to call him later. At this point, I want the man to leave, so I prepare to give him my credit card, which (surprise) he does not accept (OC Fresh did not advise me or disclose on the website of any payment limitations). I offer him a check, but he refuses this also, saying checks are only acceptable for jobs over $250. After much wrangling, I get him to agree to a check, and I write it for $100. This is the interesting point: he asks me for the $15-off coupon! It wasn't enough for this technician to do a poor cleaning job (which a Hoover or Bissell heated carpet cleaner could outperform) and take me for a blind person OR an idiot, he also thinks he can scam me TWICE, by getting paid $100 for a $69 service, and then profiting $15 off the coupon. The fact that OC Fresh has not responded to my complaint registered by the Better Business Bureau makes both OC Fresh and this contracted technician deserve a FAILING GRADE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Incredible service for a very affordable price!!!!. I had a few rental properties open up and I wanted to have the carpets cleaned right away so I could begin showing the places to get them rented out as soon as possible. They set up an appointment to do 2 of the places the next day and another one the following day that also needed tile & gout cleaning. All of the jobs turned out excellent and I am sure I will use them again because I frequently need carpet cleaning. Anyone out there looking for a good carpet cleaning company should give these guys a shot!!

Excellent work!!!!. OC Fresh Carpet Care seriously helped me out! I moved into a new apartment and after moving in the place started to reek of pet urine. It was absolutely disgusting and of course the property manager couldn’t smell it. I got a blacklight and there were stains ALL over the place. I called up OC Fresh Carpet Care and they came out that same day for me. I had the technician write a letter stating that it was very bad and it was from previous tenants and I got my money back from my landlord. These guys are great!!!

Good Prices & Good Work!!!. I decided to use OC Fresh Carpet Care after calling several different companies. When I spoke with their customer service department, they sounded professional and extremely courteous. I thought their website was fantastic and they seemed to offer their cleaning services at a reasonable price. I called them at noon and they were able to schedule me for half an hour later, at 12:30 p.m. The service was fast, courteous and pleasant. They did a thorough job and the entire carpet cleaning took no more than 45 minutes. I loved the fact that I didn’t feel scammed and that I got the best service for not much money. Highly recommended!!

Incredible!. Excellent service! It made my day. The guy did a wonderful job, cleaning my carpets and upholstery better than other companies I had in the past. We had a deep stain that he finally was able to remove. I recommend Orange County Fresh Irvine Carpet Cleaning to anyone who has dirty carpets and needs a carpet cleaning.

Amazing carpet cleaning service!. Friendly and value for money. When we had the ducted heating cleaned, I was happy that the service was efficient and you did a thorough job. We have a much cleaner and hygienic ducted system, and it's a lot safer. We have 15 month old twins and we are glad we chose Orange County Fresh Irvine Carpet Cleaning for their services.

I was very happy with OC Fresh Carpet Care’s services!. Their tech was great; very knowledgeable, capable and respectful! He did an outstanding job! When I needed them to come back for a special anti-allergy pass, they did so immediately without delay and extra charge. The first time I had hired them, I had concerns as to whether they had the requisite Allergy relief products with them and they surprised me with being prepared. He went over the details on the phone, explaining me in great detail how they use a combination of enzymes and sanitizers to achieve the best results and their goals. Amazing service, best carpet cleaners I have used so far. They should get the Best Carpet Cleaners award on Google.

Great Cleaners with super friendly staff!!. We are 3 college girls sharing a house together. We lived in this house for the past year and never got the carpets cleaned. After checking out reviews on Yelp, we had decided to give OC Fresh Carpet Care a try. No regrets on our part. The service was quick, low cost and our carpets are very clean now. We’ve already recommended this company to our friends and other girls from our college. Way to go!!
