Excellent Dentist and Very nice Staff. I've been to Dr. Tran several times for me as well as my son. I've had nothing but a great experience both clinically and with respect to customer service from all of the staff. I would absolutely recommend this dental office. I haven't been to the Hygienist -but I here she's really good!

Very impressed.
I was very impressed with Anna. she was funny and friendly and very professional.
The cleaning was excellent and quite painless. Agin the hygenist was friendly and professional. She took every measure to be sure I was comfortable.
Dr. Tran is also very professional and does good work.
There is real teamwork in the office that makes things run smoothly and puts the patient at ease.

I am very happy with this dentistry. I really like my dentist and hygientist. I come in for late appts and sometimes they are running late, but otherwise, I am very happy with this dentistry.

Cheats and Liars. Seriously, how these people are in business is beyond me. They "refused" to provide any further services until I gave in to their bullying to have a procedure done to clean my teeth that was above and beyond the norm.

Unethical Dental Practices. I would encourage anyone considering to choose this dental practice to think again. It may be conveniently located and have multiple affiliated offices but the service that you will receive here is unacceptable in a competive market such as dentistry. Wait times on the phone - provided you can get though - are excessive and you can always expect to wait at least 1 hour past your appointment time before being shown to an exam room (where you can expect to wait more). My experience with this practice has been heinous. They insisted that I receive costly treatment that was not covered by my insurance and refused to provide covered services when I did not acquiese to their recommended invasive treatment plan. Ultimately I have opted to take my and my family's business elsewhere.

Doctors "seem nice" but the front office personnel along with the office manager are extremely talented crooks. They quote a price at the beginning, but after the services are rendered, it's a different price. They tell you a certain something is covered by the insurance and when it's time to checkout, that something is suddenly not covered by the insurance and that they were confused. Classic bait and switch. They will charge you for using their restrooms if they can get away with it!
It's hard for me to believe that the doctors there are unaware of the fine work done by the front office. Most likely they are aware of it, not only that, they probably encourage it.
I agree with the previous reviewer, the office techs are rough around the edges, the facilities are falling apart, way to busy, long long waits and after all of that, get ready to be "reamed". I certainly didn't leave their office with a "smile on my face"!
I challenge Mission Viejo Dental to respond to my comments in this forum.
