43 years exactly the same. 43years our favorite dish the taco and chili rellonos combonation dish cooked and served exatly the same.as when we first tried it. in 1970. The chili rellones are cooked on the flat top and are not greasy. The chili rellono sauce, there is none like it.. This is the best Mexican restaurant there is and we have many friends that will back us up.

What I miss most about California. I've been coming here all my life and is one of the top 5 things I miss most about not living in California anymore. Every time I come back to visit, Mi Casa is usually my first meal. I also try to make it back a few more times before it's time again to leave.

My favorite menu items are the chiles rellenos, enchiladas, and the SHREDDED BEEF TACOS!!! Without a doubt, these are the most delicious, juicy, and satisfying tacos of my life. Be forewarned, though, they're not ergonomic like something you'd get at taco bell. The tacos are so stuffed with tacoee goodness that you typically have to attack them with a fork for the first few bites.

The house salsa is great and I can never recall a time when I was in need of more complimentary chips- they just keep coming.

This place uses cheese. A lot of it. So if you're not into cheese, be sure to mention that at the outset! If cheese is your thing, though, prepare for a cheesy dream!

The Mexican rice and refried beans are also my favorite of any Mexican restaurant I've been to and they come with all the combos.

Overall, I'm just super excited for my upcoming holiday trip to Cali so I can once again eat myself stupid at Mi Casa :)

it's all about the cheese!. Best chili rellenos!! I travel and try Mexican food all over the US - the chili rellenos are without a doubt the best thing on the menu - order it with a tamale and cheese enchilada - YUM! My wife loves the combination burrito

covered with cheese . . . . .in fact - everything is covered with cheese!! That's the best thing aout MiCasa - CHEESE!

We love to start our night with drinks and the chips and cheese with guacamole!

Cheese Cheese Cheese and more Cheese!!. We have been gong to Mi Casa since we got married in 1979 - we love the food. the ambiance, and the people!

Of course we have our favorite waitress - she knows what we want as soon as she sees us - my strawberry daiquiri - my husbands coffee - our favorite Chips & Cheese with guacamole! (We love you Jill!) She even knows what we want for dinner - husband loves the #13 plate (though I can't tell you what's under all the wonderful mound of melted cheese!! I love the shredded beef burrito - the meat just melts n your mouth and of course it is covered in cheese!!

MiCasa has become a family tradition! When we bring the little kids they head straight to the burro room with a fist full of quarters for the pac man game!!

If you don't like cheese don''t come - we have never had a bad experience here - even when we take the whole family (Christmas there was 13 of us - age 2 to age 50)

Run......fast....the OTHER WAY!. The food is bland at best....and cheese, cheese everywhere. Sunday afternoon visit....we were welcomed by a very RUDE owner, rude waitresses and rude bar tender....old, random drunk locals that were very unfriendly in bar. (Burro Room.....a good name with a perfect meaning for this place!)

Of Microwaves and Snot-Nosed Brats. If bland is your thing, then you will love Mi Casa. The entree, beans and rice were so lacking in flavor that this place makes Taco Bell look like the bastion of Mexican authenticity.

My enchiladas were microwaved at 10 for so long that they were nearly liquefied as they floated around my plate in a soupy mess with the equally liquid beans and dried out popcorn rice. The chips and salsa were so bland that Tostitos and Pace Picante would have outshone them.

Service was perfunctory and the crowd that was in here were very white bread with a bunch of screaming kids crawling around under tables and rubbing their sticky hands all over the seats of neighboring tables. That right there should give you some idea as to the quality of the food.

There is so little regard for flavors and texture of Mexican cuisine in this place that I wonder what the owners are thinking in operating this establishment. With so many Mexican restaurants from which to choose in Orange County, there is truly no point whatsoever in wasting your time with Mi Casa.

One of the best Mexican restaurants around.. You need to be hungry when you go to Mi Casa. We always get something different everytime we go there and are always completely satistified with what we get. They have a Cantina tambien!!!
