Excellent results and great service. I purchased a Groupon deal from them and although I was hesitatant with some of their reviews I saw they have been in business for a long time so figured they can't be as bad as some say. I went to my first appointment and spoke to some lady that explained how lasers work and did a laser test on my skin. I had never experienced that with any center. She said it was to make certain I didn't have any adverse reactions or allergeries. Anyhow I thought that was cool. I was surprised that I had to purchase a "laser tip head" for $12 on top of what I already paid but the lady explained that it was for cleaniness and safety. Thinking about it I was kinda reliefed I wounldn't want a laser tip that someone used for their private areas on my face!!!! After a couple sessions I started seeing more and more results I'm 5 sessions in for underarms and I cant remember the last time I shaved and my upper lip looks amazing!!!! Oh you have to park in a structure and pay but I've never paid more than $3 so hey it's worth it for me to not hassle with waxing anymore. Waiting for a great special to buy treatments of legs. My sisters and boyfriend go there and love it as well!!!! Yes they'll try to sell you a package but it's their job!!!! If you don't want it say NO....lol

I would recommend it plus the nurses are so sweet!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!. Utterly ridiculous!!! Extremely POORLY run establishment!!! They give out wrong pricing information to get you in the door for the consultation and then pull the ol’ bait and switch!!! They don’t have enough nurses administering the treatments too because they make you schedule appointment SOOOO far out… which isn’t good practice if you’re trying to achieve the best results with laser hair removal through consistent treatments. Basically, they are greedy and just want to get people in the door in a package… once they do and they have you locked in a package, they don’t care about best treatment for you as the client! Nor about treating you respectfully as someone who choose to do business with them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Total waste of time and $$$ dealing with these people!!!
