AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. If I could put negative stars I would. The real rating should be -10

All I needed was 4 new tires mounted and balanced. 2hrs and 45min later, 1 broken TPS sensor and 1 damaged wheel, I'm on the road. They admitted they caused the damage, that they don't deny; however correcting the problem to its original condition has been a battle. They won't replace the broken/damaged parts and have turned it into a legal issue. I have seven pages of documentation, names, times, dates, etc. Any savings is out the door with all the time I'm investing with phone calls, emails, documentation and most likely going to court.

In addition, I witnessed Josh (a technician) pull a used oil filter out of the bucket of used oil and install it into a person's car to get it finished. The person was there for an oil change and he was in a rush. The other two techs (Ery and Ryan) watched and never said a word. No morals in my opinion. There was no care given at all. Apparently this is how they do business. It made me sick thinking this could happen to someone, like my wife or my parents.

From my point of view the technicians and service writers don't have proper training. Nobody in that shop should be allowed to work on vehicles.

I have four cars and I would never take them back there for anything. I'll pay a real auto shop for tire rotations.
