Used my Travelzoo coupon today with some hesitation after reading some of the negative reviews.
I have to say I had a wonderful experience at M's. Very friendly people and Ashley gave me the best massage I've ever had, from head to toe!
I will be back! Don't hesitate to use or buy the Travelzoo deal. It was more than worth it!…

I had a massage and facial at M's. I've had better massages. The facial was the worst I ever had! I ended up with a chemical burn and oozing open wounds on my face that could lead to permanent scarring and pigmentation!
I have had facials almost every month for years and I have never been in so much pain during and afterwards, even with lasers and peels. This was just a simple cleansing facial!
The facialist over-scubbed and over-exfoliated my face resulting in a severe sunburn/windburn feeling. Towards the end of the treatment I was pulling my face away in pain since every touch hurt. I use the same product line at home, so my experience was NOT a reaction to the products.
I could not sleep that night because my face was on fire. My face was still on fire the next morning and felt horribly tight and was painful to make facial expressions. I also have oozing open wounds. I contacted the owner for a refund, which she gave me weeks later after I asked for it three times. I will never return here or recommend it to anyone.…
Very nice, relaxing salon in CDM.
I had pinched a nerve in my back which caused me excruciating pain that ran down my arm. I went to two doctors, a chiropractor, and had 5 cortisone shots in my shoulder, but NOTHING was cutting the
pain. I made an appointment with a massage therapist named Seika. She worked with me, gave me a great massage, and told me not to expect any big changes in relief for a day or so. She was right. A day and a half later, I awoke with virtually no pain in my arm and shoulder and haven't had any pain there since. She is obviously very knowledgeable in pain therapy. I recommend her to everyone who has serious back and neck pain.
At my second session a month later, after my massage, I showered there, then had my hair washed and styled there by Brittany. I was given a glass of chardonnay to sip. She did a great job and was very pleasant to talk with. I asked to join their monthly membership program.
The entire staff is great. They're very low-key and easy to talk to. If you don't feel like being conversational, they're not pushy about chatting which is nice.
The salon is clean and the massage treatment area upstairs is in a quiet, inviting space. They offer cool water, comfy couches, a shower, and a cozy, private area to relax after a treatment.…
Worse service from a 5 star salon in coronal delmar. Ok, I got this deal from online for my husband on father's day...I just booked his opp for an hour massage, shampoo w haircut, glass of wine. He arrives there and get his massage for less then an hour, and when it was time for haircut, the young girl didn't even shampoo his hair and hardly gave him a haircut. At the end she told him they were out of gel, i mean comeon a salon is out of gel....On top of that he never received his glass of wine they advertize for. This place was not professional and they must of mention to him that the deal he got was worth $150 value for $40. Seriously who gives a crab how much was the deal, a service is service and I or any member of my family or friends will NOT be refer there. I Live in Newport coast and know alot of people around this area, be sure that i will advertize for your salon just as well as you guys took care of my husband. This was supppose to be a gift for him to enjoy , not to go back somewhere the next day for a real haircut. Never again with this place. Not even one star rating is worth this service…
Fabulous Facial!. I would have to say that Amy gives one of the best facials in Orange County! My skin was glowing after and really enjoyed the entire experience with her! She is a true professional!!!
