Most amazing service. I have taken my vehicle to This Goodyear in Lake Forest for over 10 years.. I had to come and write a review on how exceptional their customer service has been. Roger the manager there has went out of his way to help me and made sure I was well taken care of. Their entire team works great together and I would not feel comfortable taking my car to any other place. I recommend this Goodyear in lake forest over any other place.…
Tire shop and service too. These people know the business great knowledge about tires got my car done under 2 hours for brakes tires and alignment very professional and prompt thank you.
Great an honest business. I live in Buena Park and drive all the way to Lake Forest to servise my cars. I own 3 cars and I've been a customer at this location for over 8 years. I don't trust any mechanic with my car except Roger the Manager, he has a great team and he is very honest. I had a problem 2 weeks ago with my car, took it to Roger and had it taking care of in no time. This place has an excellent customer service and I recommend all my family and friends to go there.…
Great Team Work!. I have done services with lakeforest goodyear for 4yrs now and have never had one bad experience there. I have 2 cars and this is the only place i trust to have my service done. Roger, the manager there, is fantastic. He will tell you what time and date your car will be ready and what it costs and he always pulls through. I actually just had my radiator blow out last week my car was in and out of the shop in one day with a brand new radiator. Great guys there and good environment. The best around without a doubt.…
Great experience with Roger and the team. I have a bit of an odd ball car (Triumph TR6) and team there did a great job with it. It drives like new now. And, despite it taking much more time than the team initially expected (due to to some issues with the car - not their estimate), there wasn't any up-charge. All in all a great experience.…
