St. Moritiz Resort Apartment- Awful and rude management. The management here are the rudest group of people I've ever met, this kind of attitude starts at the top, it was not an isolated incident.

First, if you don't have a check stubs, or W2's good luck qualifying. I tried and tried to get on the lease with my boyfriend, gave them bank statements for several months that showed consistent income, but they would not accept it, they only take the "ending balance" of your bank statement.



I thought they were always rude to me because I wasn't on the lease, but later found out that this is the way they are to everyone.



In addition, as cjacja stated in another review the fees they slap you with when you leave are absolutely inappropriate. We were stuck with a bill of almost $1500 when we moved and there were only two of us living there. I did everything they asked me to when we did the pre-move walkt hrough, and I agreed to have them clean the place and the carpet in addition to replace a mirror, so we knew we have at least $500 in fees but not $1500!!

Stay away if you can!

Horrible Fees. I initially LOVED the apartment, until the day I moved out! The apartment was spotless, paint was perfect, yet they still wanted to charge painting and cleaning fees! Outrageous! I was planning on staying with the complex until hearing of this. I tried speaking with the Office "Manager" Kim about this and she was literally the rudest lady I have ever met. She went so far as to kick a box outside in front of my 4 year old, she was so rude my 4 year old asked if she was a bad guy. I'm still appalled by her outrageous attitude! She was literally stomping around the apartment trying to find things I missed! She would claim things were dirty that weren't. I swear people have accused me of being OCD with my cleanliness, there was no dirt! Unfortunately, the St Moritz left a really bad taste in my mouth and the more research I do the more I find a common theme. Fortunately I took fantastic pictures of the place, we're going to small claims now!

But avoid the nightmare, save $'s and rent elsewhere! I really wish I had.

Nice place to live!. They have huge townhomes and lots of parking. The office staff is helpful and the gym is unreal! Shopping is right accross the street and they have fitness classes.
