NO Pain Remodel. My windows were installed within the time limits promised. The men were polite and efficient; making little mess - what was made was gone by the time they left. The windows are better than advertised. I recommend Ideal without qualification.

Great Place for Kitchen Remodel. I am so please with my kitchen remodel! The craftsmanship is exquisite. I was concerned this project would take a while, but they finished just shy of the deadline. The workcrew was on-time and clean, which was a huge concern of mine considering I have white carpet! the salesman was very knowledgeable and payed great attention to details that were important to me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a remodel, as well as I plan to finish my entire house project with them!

Loved My Home Improvement!. Ideal Home Improvement really improved the quality and value of my home with an exquisite kitchen design and remodel. The salesman was very knowledgable and detail oriented which addressed my specfic concerns and needs. The installation ran smoothly and they didn't leave a mess, which was one of my biggest concerns. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone seeking home improvement. I will definitely finsih the rest of my house remodel with them!

Breath-taking bathroom. I am extremely pleased. The caliber of Ideal workers is unbelievable. Every person that entered my home was an outstanding craftsman and was respectful in every way. Ideal completed my magnificent bathroom perfectly, on time, and within the contract budget. I have already recommended Ideal to my friends!

Greatest Company I ever worked with. From the initial meeting with my designer I felt taken care of through out the entire process. We had a major kitchen remodel, they were able to move walls, plumbing and do all the electrical. They even helped me with the color coordination of the overall project to make my home amazing. I loved everyone that came and worked at my home. The best part was not only did they clean up every day ,but they also finished the kitchen in the time frame as promised.Very professional!

A Rip-Off. This company sells themselves well but once they've contracted with you, all honesty, integrity and customer service goes out the window. Once into the job, more and more "issues" come up that can only be remedied for exhorbitant amounts of money. The prices they charge are ridiculous. They also don't show up each day...they juggle numerous jobs and there are days when they are no-shows. A 2 week job can drag out for a month or more due to the lack of a work ethic. They have banker's hours, never showing up until 9:30 or even arriving after 12pm. They do not put in a full day's work. When problems arise the owner will only address them via e-mail, no personal communication. Many, many errors were made on my job and they did not honor specific requests. The lack of communication between the office staff and the work crew is appalling. This is the most unprofessional contractor I have ever worked with; do not even consider hiring them. How they stay in business is beyond me.
