This dog knows all of the new tricks and more. The Spinach and Sundried Tomato Cheese Dip is made from scratch with hand-cut corn tortilla chips. The dip tasted like homemade with the slow-melted creamy cheese combined with the spinach and sundried tomato. The flavor is complimentary with the corn tortilla chips. The chips were crispy and held the dip well on their curvy surface.

House-made Chili is made from scratch and served with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, minced onions, and sour cream. Like a soup from a 4-star restaurant, the chili is artfully presented with strips of toppings and a zigzag of the sour cream. It is almost too pretty to eat. Once you take a spoonful, you can feel all the love that goes into this chili. It is thick and meaty, rib-sticking good. It is very rich so if you are getting an entrée, just get a cup. A bowl is large enough to be your entrée.

Feel like a good gourmet burger? Burgers come with your choice of coleslaw, sweet corn salad, or French fries. Or upgrade to Cajun fries with chipotle ranch. The Bleu Burger is a great choice with hickory-smoked bacon and bleu cheese butter. The burger is a hand-made patty and grilled to juicy perfection. The bacon and bleu cheese combination is out-of-this-world. They just belong together like chocolate and peanut butter. The Cajun fries are awesome with a nice crispy, spicy outside and soft potato inside. The chipotle ranch dipping sauce just kicked it up a notch with a nice sweet, spicy taste.
