Wood-Fired Fish in front of South Coast Plaza. When I first visited this place in October everything was erratic and complicated. Granted its a new business and there going through a trial period, however now its improved significantly.

The staff is great, the menu is condensed and simple, and the food is delicious. I mean, where are you gonna get this much value for 8 bux.

I've enjoyed going here with my family and ordering grilled white rough for myself, and the fish fryer plate for the kids (their version of fish and chips, but better as the fish is breaded instead of battered).

So when you're in town give this place a chance. Oh yah! I'm not a big beer drinker but they're choice of California micro beers is defintely unique and really affordable if you go during happy hour!

I give this place a B++, not to far off from an A
