Straight forward.
It is refreshing to know that there is a general contractor still out there that does what he says and follows through.
I appreciate the experience that I have had with Nick in all of my projects. I would definitely refer him to any friends, co-workers, or family when choosing a quality contractor.
Good guy, master of high end jobs, easy to work with!

Meeting deadlines.
When we re-located to Southern California from out of state, we first met with Nick of Orange Coast Developement to make preparations for remodeling a used home that we were planning to purchase; as our primary home. They had great ideas to help us attain our vision while staying within our budget and most importantly without compromising the quality of their work. The project was done before schedule and our move was a success.
We would definitely hire them again.

General Construction. Nick does great work. He is always at the jobsite offering support and suggestions. He finished my job 3 years ago and anytime that something came up, i called him and either he came or one of his employees came the next day, even if it had nothing to do with the work that he performed. The attention to detail and the workmanship is EXCEPTIONAL. The old saying "you pay for what you get"... well that statement holds true with Nick...Respectful price, Exceptional Quality, and the Best Customer Service!
