Boo Chili's. What happened guys? Your burgers use to be the best and it turned to dog meat... Maybe one day you'll understand why your biz kind of sucks now...

No longer a good place!. I visited chili's about once a week for lunch or dinner. I just went in this passed sunday and it was a terrible thing!

It start with the bartender, he was rude and busy watching football and not taking care of customers. The place was freezing and they had music too loud, we could not hear the server. (we sat in the bar area to watch football and it was about 1pm). We asked that the music to turned down so that we could hear and talk and watch one of the games. But the game that was on was the one the bartender wanted to watch, his team was down by 20 points and the game was almost over. He refused to change one of the six tv's to the other game. He did turn down the music for about 15 minutes but the turned it up louder the before.

As for the server, she took our order, someone else delivered the food and then...everyone went on break. we had to get up to get refills on drinks, and when we asked to speak to a manager, they came back and said he was too busy to come out, what did we want?

The food was nothing special, my son's meal was cold but the server never came back to ask us if everything was OK.

I will not return to Chili's and I will no longer recommend this place a meeting place as I used to.

Families and an after-work crowd come to this relaxed Tex-Mex chain for sizzling fajitas and a buzzing bar scene.. In Short
Festive decor of colorfully tiled tables, vintage photographs and sunny Southwestern accents welcomes an all-ages crowd at this informal hangout. Youngsters and their parents pile into dining room booths; casual business types toss back margaritas and watch televised sports at the bar. The menu features mild versions of Lone Star state favorites, from double-basted baby back ribs and steak fajitas to red-beef chili and deep-fried onions.
