Worst BBQ FOOD WE EVER TASTED!. Nice location HORRIBLE food!!!! Growing up in Orange, I am a supporter of new restaurants whenever one opens up especially at the Plaza. Went to try out this bbq place in Old Town Orange, assuming it would be great as most restaurants there! Was I ever wrong! I ordered 2 meat plate with chicken (shredded) & tri-tip, potatoe salad & mac & cheese. Hubby ordered 1/2 chicken, baked beans & sweet potatoe fries.

My order was terrible! I really tried liking it & adding sauces, salt, pepper since it was my idea to try the place. Who was I kidding? The chicken tasted as if it had been boiled in a pot; tastless, dry. The tri tip tasted as if had been cooked in a crock pot! No smoke, bbq flavor at all! The potatoe salad was full of mayonaise & mac & cheese had NO cheese taste to it, plain cardboard taste!

Hubby usually eats everything, but this time he felt he was going to throw up! His chicken was dry, plain, & still had some blood on it!

Bottom line, this is NO bbq place at all! More like reheated cafeteria food! Do not waste your money! There are other restaurants in OTO worth trying & have delicious food!
