I LOVE BOOT CAMP!. I stumbled upon Tammy on the internet a couple of months ago and I am so happy that I did. I can only say positive things about Tammy and her class. She has classes at all different hours of the day so it is very convenient with my work schedule. She is an amazing trainer and she is a great person. I'm Addicted. Tammy's boot camp is amazing it had been awhile since I worked out. I had never try a boot camp before and I was very nervous. I didn't know if I could do it. Tammy told me to go at my own pace but you just want to push yourself it another level, she so motivates you. I really like how Tammy mixes it up with cardio and weight training your never bored when your at boot camp with Tammy!
