Good experience. I enjoyed my experience with Sue, the massage therapist. She was very pleasant, and did a very good job. I have been very stressed of late and really needed the relaxation. The Worst Massage company ever !!!!!!. I can't believe this Place the employees there are so RUDE.. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all..I called to make an appointment and the gal that answer the phone Dorothy I believe her name was. She was so Dam she said we don't have anything and Hung up on Me..What kind of people do you have working there. So I tired again and got the same thing from another gal..I than ask to speak to a Manager, The gal then put me on hold for like 10 min, and then got back on the phone and said the manager isn't here and I don't know when she will be back in.Then hung up on me once again.I don't know voted for this company as #1 on this site but it is with out a doubt the worst Massage Company ever.. Not a therapeautic massage. I have had two massages at ME and found fault with both. The first one, the gal complained about the management the whole session and the second the guy had so much hair on his arms that it felt like I was being massaged by a Brillo Soap Pad!!! It is a JOKE that Massage Envy won for therapeautic massge on this website!! Who voted....their staff??????…

saw, and genuinly walked away feeling not only much better, but as though this was a good value for the price!

Massage Envy North/ South. They make you cancel your contract via fax. Conveniently, the owner said she did not get my fax till after the deadline and automatically charged my card again. Then said it was expired and wouldn’t let me use the massage (x2 for myself and my husband)!!!!! This is after we spent over $1500 there over the last year! She refused to show me the fax report of the date she received it. She wouldn’t even return my calls and when I finally caught her, she yelled and said ridiculous things!!…
