Service, Service, Service!. I don't quite remember how I ended up at this little jewelry store, but now that I've found them I feel like I need to spread the word.

I was getting ready to propose to my girlfriend and wanted to find that perfect ring. But, like most guys I guess, I had no understanding about diamonds and their value. I did some research online, but that didn't really help much. My Dad told me about his jeweler, but the guy seemed too much like a salesman.

So one day I strolled into this little shop in Newport Beach, confessed my ignorance, and over the period of the next few months found the perfect diamond and ring. The staff was patient, knowledgeable and professional. When the time came to pick out our wedding bands, we didn't even think twice about who to go to.

This place is wonderful, and I look forward to coming back in the future.

Great Service, Fair Prices and Wonderful people!. If you're looking to buy jewelry, have something designed especially for you, or want an appraisal done, you should contact Michael Moses jewelry. Mike Cortez and his staff are not only delightful to work with but are extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as scrupulously honest! just recently Jesse, their jeweler, updated a pair of earrings for me by changing the stones. I feel like I have a new pair of earrings and they are fabulous! It's so nice to recommend someone with confidence to family and friends and I never hesitate to do so with Mike and his wonderful staff!

Personalized Service & Reasonable Prices. My husband wanted to upgrade the diamond on my wedding ring, so we met with Michael and Vic. They were very knowledgeable and showed us quite a few stones that were in our budget. I really appreciated their patience and I really liked that they showed us my current diamond under a microscope and the new one that I picked out, so I knew I was getting a better diamond. We highly recommend Michael Moses Jewelers!

A Hidden Gem. My hairdresser recently asked me why I wasn't wearing my wedding ring. When I told her one of the prongs broke and I'd taken it to a couple of jewelers who charged me but didn't fix it, she grabbed my hand and said, "Let's go." She walked me three doors down from her shop in Newport to a small store and said, "Michael will take care of you." I was apprehensive, but went inside. The first thing Michael did was have me look at my ring under a super magnifing telescope so I could see what it looked like - shocking! He then explained (in great detail) what needed to be done. He gave me the option of repairing it or designing a new one. I chose to have his designer, Whitney create something new. Michael knew I'd only come in for a repair and not a new custom designed ring, so he made sure we stayed in my budget, often not charging me for things he could have. Who does that? His talented designer Whitney, spent a considerable amount of time helping me create a new ring and it's just beautiful! Michael is a certified G.I.A graduate gemologist who genuinely cares about delivering the finest quality product with the highest regard for his customer. Michael Moses Jewelers is in every since, a hidden gem!

Real expertise and great prices!. Their nice, their honest and they, actually, know their stuff. The staff at Michael Moses Jewelers have been nothing but professional. In my experience, very few people in the jewelry business have the expertise that the staff of Michael Moses Jewelers has. From what I know, all of them are GIA alumni and if you let them they'll ramble on and on about the intricacies of a diamond. However, at the end of the day I want to know where I can get the best price, and Michael Moses Jewelers has met that need every time.

Excellent customer service!. Michael Cortez was extremely helpful during the important decision making process of purchasing my fiancé’s engagement ring. His expertise and honesty made shopping for the perfect ring fun and exciting.

I knew very little about diamonds when I first started looking for a ring. When I met with Mr. Cortez, he educated me on many of the complex dynamics of diamonds. He calmed my nerves with his clarity and we were soon on our way to finding the right ring for my bride to be.

Michael Cortez was able to meet every one of my picky demands. As a graduate student, I had a strict budget for the engagement ring. This had no effect of how sincere Mr. Cortez’s efforts were to find a ring that fit my needs. His integrity throughout the pursuit of my ring made me feel comfortable in making this very important purchase.

Mike went the extra mile by driving thirty minutes out of his way to meet with me privately. My busy class and work schedule made it difficult for me to find time to visit his store located in Newport Beach, CA. Clearly, Mr. Cortez’s customer service standards exceeded my expectations.

Another aspect to the spectacular service I experienced was when Mr. Cortez invited me to design my own ring. Michael, along with his professional staff, worked with me to custom design my engagement ring. The result was a beautiful platinum band with my fiancé’s and my birthstones embedded in the interior of the ring! Now, my fiancé has a perfectly unique ring that no woman has a copy of.

I needed to have the ring before Christmas, so I could propose to my future wife on Christmas day. Upon short notice, Mr. Cortez was able to locate a diamond that matched all my specifications. His calm, professional composure assured me that my diamond was in the right hands.

Thank you, Mr. Cortez and staff for helping me with one of the most important purchases of my life. I am very happy with my stunning diamond ring. I give my highest recommendation of your services to anyone looking to purchase precious stone jewelry. Your professionalism, expertise and honest customer service is as rare as diamonds.
