Service, Service, Service!

I don't quite remember how I ended up at this little jewelry store, but now that I've found them I feel like I need to spread the word.

I was getting ready to propose to my girlfriend and wanted to find that perfect ring. But, like most guys I guess, I had no understanding about diamonds and their value. I did some research online, but that didn't really help much. My Dad told me about his jeweler, but the guy seemed too much like a salesman.

So one day I strolled into this little shop in Newport Beach, confessed my ignorance, and over the period of the next few months found the perfect diamond and ring. The staff was patient, knowledgeable and professional. When the time came to pick out our wedding bands, we didn't even think twice about who to go to.

This place is wonderful, and I look forward to coming back in the future.

Mike Cortez and his staff are not only delightful to work with but are extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as scrupulously honest! just recently Jesse, their jeweler, updated a pair of earrings for me by changing the stones. I feel like I have a new pair of earrings and they are fabulous! It's so nice to recommend someone with confidence to family and friends and I never hesitate to do so with Mike and his wonderful staff!

Personalized Service & Reasonable Prices

My husband wanted to upgrade the diamond on my wedding ring, so we met with Michael and Vic. They were very knowledgeable and showed us quite a few stones that were in our budget. I really appreciated their patience and I really liked that they showed us my current diamond under a microscope and the new one that I picked out, so I knew I was getting a better diamond. We highly recommend Michael Moses Jewelers!

A Hidden Gem

My hairdresser recently asked me why I wasn't wearing my wedding ring. When I told her one of the prongs broke and I'd taken it to a couple of jewelers who charged me but didn't fix it, she grabbed my hand and said, "Let's go." She walked me three doors down from her shop in Newport to a small store and said, "Michael will take care of you." I was apprehensive, but went inside. The first thing Michael did was have me look at my ring under a super magnifing telescope so I could see what it looked like - shocking! He then explained (in great detail) what needed to be done. He gave me the option of repairing it or designing a new one. I chose to have his designer, Whitney create something new. Michael knew I'd only come in for a repair and not a new custom designed ring, so he made sure we stayed in my budget, often not charging me for things he could have. Who does that? His talented designer Whitney, spent a considerable amount of time helping me create a new ring and it's just beautiful! Michael is a certified G.I.A graduate gemologist who genuinely cares about delivering the finest quality product with the highest regard for his customer. Michael Moses Jewelers is in every since, a hidden gem!

Real expertise and great prices!

Their nice, their honest and they, actually, know their stuff. The staff at Michael Moses Jewelers have been nothing but professional. In my experience, very few people in the jewelry business have the expertise that the staff of Michael Moses Jewelers has. From what I know, all of them are GIA alumni and if you let them they'll ramble on and on about the intricacies of a diamond. However, at the end of the day I want to know where I can get the best price, and Michael Moses Jewelers has met that need every time.
