1 Awesome Limo

Such great service!!!. I called 1 Awesome Limo in desperate need of a party bus! The guy in charge of my winter formal group did not give the downpayment on the bus in time that we had, so we lost the bus we had and he ended up dropping out of the group 4 days before our formal. I called every where to find a bus for 36 people and every place was booked and the ones who were not booked were gonna charge 60 a person. My group of friends refused to go in anything but a party bus and not just any party bus but a super huge nice looking bus. Not only did they provide us with a super huge nice looking bus but they were EXTREMELY kind and very helpful. They saved our Senior Winter Formal by helping us and giving us an AWESOME price! I would 100% use their services again because they are just amazing! Thank you again SOOOO VERY MUCH 1 Awesome Limo! You guys are indeed awesome!…

One Awfull Limousine. My daughter booked this limo for her birthday. They charged her up front for everything plus the gratuity ($200) then when the limo brought us all back we arrived 20 minutes late back to our original pick up spot. However, the drivers' GPS malfunctioned and caused us to be 30 minutes late to our first stop and there was no credit for that - do the math we should still have a 10 minute credit which we are not complaining about; however Awfull Limousine wanted to charge us $125 extra for that extra 20 minutes. What a rip-off. We felt bad for the driver because he did a good job so when we had the company rep on the phone we asked how much of the "Gratuity Charge" was going to him their answer was they didn't know they had to calculate it - this is absurd it stands to reason that the "gratuity Charge" is for the driver - doesn't it? who else provided the service? certainly no one at the "Company" All they did wasz go out of their way to act like we should be priveleged to use them. Ask a lot of questions prior to usin g this company and if at all possible get other quotes. Again check around there are much better options!!!!!…

** Great Company, Free upgrade, Best overall service ***. I also spoke to "Nona" and she was very helpful and professional. It was very easy to book and she gave me the best price after i went through the Internet calling multiple company's. I used this company on Oct 31st 2011 for a Halloween party from Orange County to the Playboy mansion in Hollywood. The driver named Ed A.K.A "MR Ed" was very courteous and arrived at our home in Irvine 15 min early. We originally wanted a "party bus" but realized that our budget wouldn't allow that to happen so we ended up reserving a Hummer stretch Limo. To my surprise "Nona" called us at back as if she had felt how my heart was set on the bus and asked us if we would like a free upgrade to a "party bus" We couldn't believe the kind gesture and agreed to the "free bus upgrade" we were so happy when the bus arrived especially for free. It was clean and we had so much extra room and a great sound system, at the end of the night when we were done partying at the mansion we jumped back onto the bus for our ride home, we were pleased to notice that the bus was cleaned and the driver went and refreshed all the ice and rearranged the drinks to look as if nobody has ever been in the bus that night. ONE AWFUL LIMO!!!!!. ONE AWFUL LIMO, thats what they should be called! We booked this limo with "Nona" 4 days prior to senior prom a 18 person hummer limo for $1500 for 6 hours. When we asked for them to be there by 7 (prom starts at 8) she said they had a wedding and would be there BY 730 no problem so we booked it. She charged our card the FULL amount 3 days prior to the event. Dont you pay for your services when you receive them? But whatever we have 18 kids coming over for prom that are very excited. The limo driver "Jeff" callls us at 730 on the day (when hes supposed to be there) saying hes just NOW on his way to dropping off his party in Laguna Beach and will be 30 minutes late we say ok fine. 8:10 and we call him again he says hes just NOW dropping off the limo party so we call Nona who answers with kids screaming in the background and was EXTREMLY rude, didnt care that not only was our limo driver going to be over an hour late but that we had 18 kids waiting to get to prom that had to be there BEFORE 9:30 when the doors close and they cant get in. She said she would call me RIGHT back its now 815. 830 I call Jeff back who states he is just leaving Laguna will be to Huntington Beach in 30 minutes and when he arrives needs 10-15 minutes to "clean out his limo cause the wedding party trashed it" The kids have to be to prom in Yorba Linda BEFORE 9:30 (when the doors close) which I remind him at that point he says "No way can I do that, I cant get them there before 930" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? He says "they are better off driving...." I explain to him that he could have atleast called me to let me know this (I had to keep calling him) So I of course have to tell all 18 very anxious kids that they need to get in thier own cars and figure out a driving situation most of which got dropped off by thier parents thinking they had a limo coming (by this point they are already 45 min late to prom and still have a 30 min drive in front of them) I called Nona THREE TIMES- of course no answer! When she finally calls me back 35 MINUTES LATER she says rudely "ok well do you want me to cancel it or what?" Umm ya I already have spoken to Jeff at this point who says he cant make it THESE KIDS ALMOST MISSED THIER SENIOR PROM AND PAID $75.00 EACH JUST TO GET IN and she could care less!! Still has not called to back to apologize, offer a discount and to top it off that was Saturday its Thursday she STILL hasnt refunded my card! Im going to the BBB also. Im still so upset that anyone can run a busniess like this and be ok with it all, DONT USE THEM!!!…
