Horrible Serice and care. HORRIFIC... TERRIBLE.... 1st trip. Brewed my beer. Good experience. Bought the 36 22oz deal for about $130

2nd trip. Back for my bottling appointment. yey!! but NOOOO!!! they didn't hav any 22oz bottles. Had 12 oz bottles only which meant I needed more labels. Cuz designing your own labels was a big part for me. And owner said I had to pay for the extra labels.... PLUS THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE my LABELS TO BEGIN with.

3rd trip. (should have been done after 2nd trip.) Had to come back after a days of work. Bottled it finally in 22oz bottles but NO LABELS AGAIN... Said they would mail them,,

4th trip. I NEVER RECEIVED LABELS IN MAIL AFTER A WEEK. Emailed again and called and they said they did have. Drove down and guess what... NO LABELS... WTH?????

2 unnecessary trips. Waster gas at $3.51 a gallon. Waster TIME. HEADACHE. They were so negligent. Didn't care. Showed no concern about my problems. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE and will tell ANYONE and EVERYONE not to go as well...
