DISHONEST, SCAM!!. When you call, they would say they would give you a $5 off. I even printed out a coupon from their website.

My husband took the car in, and they didn't give us the $5 off.

When I called, the cashier said they never even saw the car! After a couple of minutes, she said - oh yes!

Anyway, it's only $5, but it's the dishonesty that is really bugging me!

Buyer Beware. Why do you go to get your oil changed? To get new oil and a new filter so your car lasts as long as possible....I took my car here on 11/2/2009 for a premium oil change using synthetic oil and a new filter of course......well, I just found out last night that this Jiffy Lube didn't even change my oil filter. They just added new oil. This is not the type of service you would expect from a "reputable" company....Buyer be aware of this location.............
