Good Service from Air & Water, Inc.. I read a couple articles about how tankless water heaters can save money, because it heats water quickly and keeps it going for as long as you want. I cruised air & water and found a ton of cool options so now I can have 30-50 percent more efficiently than a traditional heaters - (the extra money can go toward funding my vegas holiday). I like that the tankless water heaters are compact and sleek looking – very cool. I also thought the customer service was awesome. I got the Stiebel Eltron DHC and picked it up in person to save on shipping. I heard these guys got all kinds of contests for promo giveaways and freebies, so next time I’ll be ready with my unit!

Poor products & surly service. We ordered an AF-350 cooler on 05/16/2009. Shopping, selecting, and ordering the unit took about an hour. (This cooler was then, and is still now, rated 5 stars on the website, even though it’s quality problems are serious and obvious.)

We assembled and set up the unit. Half an hour.

It dripped water all over our living room floor. Cleanup took about an hour.

We corresponded with Air & Water and arranged for a warranty exchange. One hour.

Air & Water tried to bill us for shipping a replacement, necessitating further correspondence; half an hour.

We packaged the defective unit and took it to Fed Ex. One hour.

The replacement unit was shipped to us on 07/03/2009.

We assembled and set up the second unit. Half an hour.

The replacement unit was defective in exactly the same way; it dripped water all over our living room floor. Cleanup took about an hour.

We corresponded with Air & Water and arranged for a refund. One hour.

We packaged the unit and took it to Fed Ex. One hour.

Air & Water billed us for shipping the replacement, necessitating repeated further correspondence; One and one half hours.

In sum, we spent 10 hours with Air & Water and have received no usable products, no service, nothing of any value; just two messes in the living room.

Terrible products and surly, unhelpful service. Stay away.
