Order your columns from another company!. Do not use this company if you have any reasonable expectations of on time arrival! We have ordered from them in the past with fine results. We ordered the first week in Sept with a stated 10-12 day time production/delivery. For weeks we were given every excuse in the book why the columns did not ship. When they finally arrived 6 weeks later, the delivery truck gave us a 3 minute call before drop off. Obviously, we couldn't get sufficient manpower to unload the truck of 500 lbs of columns in 3 minutes. Then the driver wanted to refuse allow us to inspect the columns before signing the bill of lading. PC's invoice specifically says to inspect before accepting or they won't be responsible for any issues. Do yourself a favor, order somewhere else. Don't know what is wrong here, but this company has really changed for the worse.

Terrible product and customer service. Had a horrendous experience with Pacific columns.

Sent the wrong color shutters and then gave me a hard time about getting the replacements on time and there was a big delay, causing me to have to cancel my contractor and not have the house ready for an important event.

Customer service (even at manager level) was completely unhelpful. I asked several times to speak to someone higher up and was refused.

Then I got a third set of shutters I'd never ordered and when I called to ask about it, giving them the packing slip number, they had no record of me in the computer. They were unhelpful in that regard as well.

Customer service was repeatedly unresponsive and unhelpful.

The shutters were of shoddy quality--seams did not meet up.

A disaster of an experience with this company--highly recommend staying away.
