Preferred Tickets

Unprofessional Service Not Worth Savings. I was ecstatic to find their affiliated website "discountparkhoppertickets" online, which offered $70 one day park hopper tickets for the Disneyland/California Adventure parks. HOWEVER... After reserving tickets online, I called on the phone to make special arrangements (as indicated on their website) asking them to hold my tickets until 1pm instead of the usual 10am; due to the 405 freeway closure. The agent agreed & I was told that they would make the necessary accommodations. I arrived at their place of business at 11:45am to find their storefront closed & no representative was there to answer my phone calls. After waiting around for someone to return or respond to my phone messages, I never received so much as a phone call (or any other correspondence for that matter) to let me know what was going on...WHAT A WASTE OF TIME/ENERGY not to mention UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!…
