I should've bought all my furniture here!.
I was looking for furniture for my office and waiting room. I'd already gone to the Home Consignment Center, IKEA, Linder's, Munro's, Ashley's, Plummer's, etc. and various online retailers. I had already bought a couch for the waiting room and kicked myself when I realized I could have gotten the same or better couch here for a better price. In fact, I found the same 9-piece counter height dining set we had bought online from Overstock for *half* the price here! Drats!
I worked with Richard, who was very helpful and never pressured me at any point. He was honest and frequently gave me unbiased recommendations regarding my choices. He told me that because they are a furniture outlet store, they based their business on selling in volume as opposed to huge markups for indivdual items... I can vouch for the fact that they had some of the lowest prices on the same items I found elsewhere at other stores or online. Their furniture is mostly contemporary. The nice thing is that even though they don't have everything on display, they have tons of furniture catalogs that you can order from that can be delivered in 1-2 weeks. This was important because I needed my furniture ASAP.
Anyhow, Richard gave me a great deal on my office desk and matching bookcase. I was thrilled at the high quality of the desk and bookshelf. It was delivered withing 1 week to my 2nd floor office in Newport Beach for $79 (no elevators). I also ordered another piece of furniture for my home that ended being discontinued by the manufacturer. Richard tried to locate another similar item for me, but it ended up being too traditional for my taste so he refunded that portion of my order.
It was a great, hassle-free, transaction and I got a great deal! Being a bargain-hunter who always did tons of online research before I shop, I promised him I would refer all my friends and families and post a great review on all the major review sites! You have have to go check this place out -- totally worth your time and money!
