Best Law Firm ever. They WILL take care of you.. I was bit by a strange dog at the local dog park. Long story short, I've lost 50% of the use of my right hand, my life will forever be changed. The dog owners insurance wasn't working with me at all, offering me next to 0 compensation. Angry, confused, and hurt, I was referred to Bergener & Associates by a close friend. James and his entire team took great care of me, locating specialists, physical therapists, and the proper medical care I couldn't find on my own. They worked with the insurance companies & doctors and got me the settlement I deserved. Thank you James.

Made the right choice!. Glad I went with James, he was friendly and listened to the issues I had, but more importantly got the case settled right. They handled everything for me. I had an issue with the doctor and they fixed it. I'm pleased with how it all ended up.

Hands on Service Throughout my Case. James and his whole team were terrific. My kids and I were rearended by an SUV. I had terrible back pain that kept me from going to work or doing anything around the house for two weeks. I don't like taking pain meds and couldn't concentrate on negotiating my case. B & A referred me to a great chiropractic office and took care of all the communication with the insurance. Also I liked that I got to know the people working on my case. I'm grateful for their help. My kids are health, my back pain is gone, and we even got some money from the settlement after all my bills were paid.

More than satisfied. When I called Bergener & Associates the insurance of the teenager who T-boned denied my claim, EVEN though the police report put him at fault. The adjuster was impossible to contact and when I did talk to her she was mean, rude and completely impossible to reason with.

But Bergener's totally turned that around. In a week the insurance said the accident was all their fault. I could not recommend them more, ESPECIALLY if you're getting jerked around.
