My wife has been wanting a new car for
quite some time and actually pondered a crossover SUV, but after three visits to this dealership, several visits to other dealerships, numerous test drives, and many conversations with Richard "RC" Chavez, we finally pulled the trigger on a beautiful Optima sedan and we couldn't be happier.
RC truly listened to our needs and took the time to show us all of the possible options that were available, from the Sportage all the way to the Forte. We were honest with him and at one time we told him that we were considering other cars, like the Sonata, and he had absolutely no gripes with us researching other vehicles. He actually welcomed us to try out other cars and let him know what drove us to purchase a different vehicle, if we came to that decision. We ultimately came back to RC after seeing many, many other cars. We realized that he definitely knew what we were looking for.
The purchase process was lengthy due to other prior engagements that we had to attend to on the afternoon that we bought the car, but RC, his manager Juan, and the rest of their team was patient with us and walked us thru the entire process without any rushed feelings. It was well after sundown when we finally drove off the lot. Everyone was very thorough and very professional.
After a three month long process of research, test drives, and budgeting, we came to the conclusion that the Optima was the right fit for us. We got the car that we needed, the trim package that we wanted, and in the color that we demanded.
I'm not going to say that everything was perfect. There was a couple of small blemishes in the leather, but RC assured me that I could bring the car back at any time and they would take care of it. I returned a few days later without having made an appointment and not only did they completely remove the blemishes, but they detailed the entire car again after it had been exposed to the elements sitting outside our home over the prior three days. AWESOME!!!
After all, I would definitely recommend RC and his supporting team for an excellent car purchase experience.
Great Sales Service. My husband and I bought a 2012 Sorento from this dealer. The sales lady, Kimberly Ramirez, was very helpful and not pushy at all. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.
Great Dealership to buy your next KIA!. I went to the Kia Depot to test drive a Forte Koup. Daniel approached me right away, he was very friendly and easy going (not like your typical pushy car sales men). He got me right into the car I had my eye on and took me for a test drive. He was very helpful in going over my options to lease or buy. The process was quick and easy and I would recommend this particular dealership to my all friends and family. Sales - John S.. John S. was a fantastic salesman! I had tons of questions and changed my mind A LOT during the reserach process of trying to purchase a new car. John was available for questions whenever I called or emailed and ultimately helped me make an informed decision about what car to get. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car stop by and check out this dealership and John as a salesman in perticular. Super helpful!
Mr. John Schoenholtz will beat any deal. I am really happy with the purchase of my 2012 KIA Forte. The sales man Mr. Schoenholtz was able to beat a competitors quote with our no problems. The entire process was stress free and never did i fell pressure to buy a more expensive vehicle. So thank you KIA Depot of Santa Ana California for saving me money on my new car

This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wish I could give them zero stars. Don't waste your time with this place because they will certainly waste it for you and leave you with nothing but frustration.
I dealt with a salesperson who was nice and seemed to know what she was doing until something went terribly wrong overnight.
After finally sorting out all the details, price, financing, etc., I set up a time to come pick up the car the next morning. She called me when I was 5 minutes away to tell me that the car was gone and gave me a story about somebody selling it after she left work even though she put the sold sign on it. I asked for her manager's name and contact which she never gave me. When I found it myself and contacted him, he was extremely rude and never admitted there was anything wrong with what happened. His story about why the car wasn't there was completely different from hers, which makes me think they are either very confused or somebody is lying. He said if I didn't like the customer service at Kia Depot, he didn't want to sell me the car and said he was doing me a favor just by looking for it. Whatever bad reputation dealers have, this guy took it to a whole new low.
Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere and when Kia Depot called me days later to try to sell me the car, I didn't bother wasting any more time with this place.
Billy Phan of Kia Depot. I went to KIA DEPOT just to have my vehicle checked but ended up buying another car(SOUL) for my son as a present for his birthday and graduation. All because of the charm and professionalism of the agent named BILLY PHAN. He is not too pushy and waits until I decide what I want but presents me with different options. He made sure I was comfortable as I wait for everything to be processed. I like the way that he converse with us his customer/buyer. I had a good experience buying the car for my son that I would recommend KIA DEPOT to everyone who asks me about my cars(SORENTO and SOUL) and ask for BILLY PHAN. I would highly recommend this dealership. No fancy bells and whistles. Just good deals. Between my wife and myself, we have bought over 30 cars in our lives, and shopped for 100 more. This was by far one of the easiest experiences we have ever had. Over the years, we have seen all of the clowns, fast talking swindlers and slick double talkers who kiss you on the lips while picking your pocket dry. That is not the case here!
Tim started the transaction with the test drive. The color we wanted was on the back lot. He SPRINTED there to get it. When it came time for the deal, James took over. No tricks, games or BS here. We came in with a competitor's ad and they matched it. They had us out in very little time. It was a very easy transaction, they were friendly and very accommodating. The finance guy was straight forward, fast and efficient. We would highly recommend. The only disappointment we had: the car is for my daughter who just turned 16 and they would not let her drive it, as she does not have a license (only a permit). However, she had already tested it at my local dealer, who, by the way, would not make us a reasonable deal. Kia Depot has the right people and the right price for us.
Great Dealer - Ask for Tim or James. Got the deal I wanted. They did not pressure. Tim knows the product extremely well. They were flexible and very fair. Most important they were at all times respectful. Even the finance guy was cool. Highly recommended.
Billy Phan is the man!. Being from orange county I didn't want to go far to buy a new car. Billy Phan helped me get a great car quickly. He was super awesome, and being that I can some times be picky, Billy got exactly what I needed. He did so with out any extra baggage. Everyone else at the KIA DEPOT was super kind too. I highly recommend this dealership. They are not pushy at all.
