Great service. They gave us a 1 hour window to fix our 8 year old washing machine, came right on time, and had it all fixed in about 15 minutes.

He fixed my problem (washing machine) quickly and efficiently for a very fair price . I will definitely call them again.

They are alright. I called them to repair my dryer. They came on time and everything, but the tech didnt have parts on him to do the repair right the way but over the phone I was told that they had all the parts and everything would be done right there and then. They did finish the work but it was 3 days later.

No parts. Simply awful! I called them to get my fridge repaired. Waited all day, the tech finally came about 30 minutes late. They assured me over the phone that the repair will be done the same day. It was not. The tech did not have any parts on him, but he promised to come back the next day. Now its been 5 days. I called them today and they said that the pars are on the Back Order and they will call me when the parts came in. Why did they have to lie that they had the parts? All my food is spoiled... I should have called someone else.

I was very impressed. The repair man was onsite within 30 minutes of my phone call. I was very impressed by how quickly he was dispatched.
