Aweful dirty shop. The shop is so dark, dusty and dirty I can't stay for 2 minutes. Everything is old fashion & dust collected.

I apologize that you came at a time when we were doing our spring cleaning. Every year, at the beginning of March, we re organize and do a major spring cleaning. At the time you came in last year, we were in the midst of that process. The look of the inside of the flower shop does not, in any way, affect the beauty and creativity of our arrangements!! We appreciate your comments and invite you back to try us again!

Poor & dishonest business. Very poor & dishonest practice. Claiming of Best Florist by making up of their own votes & review. Bad business.

we won for Best Florist in Orange County. Why would a customer care about this contest....?!

A BIG thank you!!. Bell Tower Florist did such a great job getting flowers to my husband last month. I called at the last minute and they were not only able to send him a beautiful arrangement but get them there the very same day!!! I have always been pleased with the customer service and quality of flowers. Best flower shop in the OC!! Thanks again Bell Tower!
