Irate business owners. I had a pleasant experience with Bernie and Samantha until they tried to include hidden charges.

I coudn't get a word in edgewise when trying to recieve a rebate for charges.

And to add insult to injury, when I told him I was able to read the invoice myself and that I wasn't an idiot he said well I think you are and hung up on me!

Hahaha, Southern California business owners never fail to impress me with their lack of intelligence and customer service.

Hahaha, sad huh? Unless you plan on being insulted and ripped off avoid these people like the plague.

Well the drama continues!

I recieved a response to my BBB report and Bernie made a loooong winded extremelly exagerated version of the interaction betweeen us.

Bernie claims that I was screaming at him, it takes a lot more than an obnoxious person to upset me. My mother has brain damage and I have to deal with her calling me names every day, Im not going to let a stranger with poor social skills get under my skin.

Either way, details really dont matter, actions speak for themselves.

Although I was the one who was out $66 bucks, Bernie has such an IRATE personality he claims he is going to file a lawsuit in the CA superior court for my "Libelous" actions.

Im sorry Bernie if you think telling the public how horribly rude you were to me is pissing you off. Its the 21st century and social sites like these are up here for a reason. I quite think you should look in the mirror and read your own "libelous" words, as we both know how fabricated your version of the events were.

Either way, dealing with people like Bernie are a waste of my time. You could have re-funded what was owed to me and saved yourself a lot of grief. Im not going to lose sleep over this . . . . Im too busy taking care of my sick mother. Some of us have better things to do Bernie, stop wasting your life on negativity.
