Bad Experience - Not recommended. I will never use this flower shop again. I ordered the flowers for my mom on the Mother’s Day and the flowers they sent did not match and was not full like the picture they advertised. I then called them, sent them the pictures and let them know that we were not happy with their flowers. Tina, the owner reviewed the pictures and had no argument to me at that time. She said she would send another flower arrangement. Five days later, she sent someone to pick up the flowers at my mom’s house and then RE-SENT the SAME flowers back with a new vase!!!! When I called her back and questioned about that her attitude was totally changed and rude. I could have used online flower stores but I chose to support the local stores but I guess this shop does not need returning customers and just want to do one time business. They do not care for the customer satisfaction. I am sure there are many other flower stores in Irvine that they do care. According to my boss preference I can always try 1-800-FLOWERS.
