awful. Simply awful! I called them to get my fridge repaired. Waited all day, the tech finally came about 30 minutes late. They assured me over the phone that the repair will be done the same day. It was not. The tech did not have any parts on him, but he promised to come back the next day. Now its been 5 days. I called them today and they said that the pars are on the Back Order and they will call me when the parts came in. Why did they have to lie that they had the parts? All my food is spoiled... I should have called someone else.

Very quick and easy repair.. Very quick and easy repair. Told me what was necessary and what wasn't which I appreciated. I will definitely call when the next appliance breaks. I hope not for a long time though.
Oven repair...?!?. They send out a tech (Jerry??) to repair my oven. He really doesnt know how to talk to the customers. I dont know if he had a bad day or if he was just tired, but the service he provided was beyond bad! He didnt have the parts ( The customer service rep said he would), he took about an hour to figure out what the problem was and most of the time he was on the phone with someone. The estimate for the temp sensor repair was crazy! He wanted to charge me 189 dollars for it. Online the same part is 40 dollars. Labor was over 250. When i asked if that was normal he said it that what their standard rate is. Doesnt matter how long it takes, either 30 min or 3 hours, it will be 250 dollars for the labor. Odd fees and the tech needs to work on his customer skills
A Plus Service. After our Kenmore Dishwasher repair I feel compelled to add to the list of positive reviews being heaped upon Smith Brothers. With a flooded kitchen and after leaving a voice mail describing the problem, getting a return call one hour later was a relief, and then having them arrive the next morning to fix the thing, I couldn't be happier. He knows his stuff, gives you the good and the bad news in a professional way and charges a reasonable fee. I'd recommend there services to anyone with an appliance problem
