I like that you can become a member of their program and get special discount rates. Thanks so much for every thing massage envy! See you soon :)
The management is terrible and cheats. The management here is after your money and credit cards. billing errors, problems, etc. Good luck getting your money back from them. Jesse lies and the owner Tanya hides while she lets them run the show while she opens more stores to rip people off. They have problems with the city too. Look at the posts on yelp too.
Avoid! They will abuse your credit card!. If you like being double/triple charged on your credit card and dealing with staff that hangs up with you when they don't like the conversation then this is your place! Fraudulent class action lawsuit waiting to happen.
Worst Massage Envy Location in the Country. Beware of any positive review you see for this place...it is probably fake and written by the owners. Take an in depth look at the real reviews of this location and you'll find that they are all negative. This Massage Envy made drove me to cancel my membership after years of belonging to another location. They are awful!
AMAZING Massage. I have been going to this Massage Envy location for a little over a year now and have always been quite pleased with the customer service, membership, prices, and massage therapists. I have been getting professional massages for 8+ years, so I'm definitely picky when it comes to quality. I also don't know why anyone wouldn't sign up for their membership program: your first one hour massage is only $39 and then it's only $59 each month with no enrollment or other hidden fees. I know other places charge way more for a great 50-60 minute deep tissue massage (Burke Williams Santa Monica $125, Casa Del Mar Hotel Santa Monica $150, Montage Resort Laguna Beach $225, Willows Lodge Woodinville WA $100, Grand Wailea Resort Maui $165...all not including gratuity of course). Granted the above places do have all the other spa amenities (whirlpool, sauna, showers, etc), but paying double to quadruple for them just seems silly to me. I sometimes even opt for the 90 minute massage if I'm really tense, as I just pay an addition $18 on top of the $59 monthly membership fee. I mean really? What a deal. My massage therapist is Jvon and he is absolutely SPECTACULAR at deep tissue massage!!! He has always asks me where I'm sore, what I like/don't like, and really makes an effort to make sure I'm comfortable and enjoying the massage. I have also always been greeted and checked out by the staff in a professional and courteous manner. The quiet room in back is also quite relaxing right before your massage: current magazines, ice cold lemon water, dimmed lighting, and a gorgeous calming fountain. I've always had such a great experience here.
