I have been going to Saverio at Julian Hans Salon for many years now and love the salon. He, Rosemary and the staff are always warm and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I always get great service and leave with a haircut and refreshed color and shine that makes me feel like a new woman.

Finally!!!. I am not new to the area but I had recently discovered Julian Hans Salon a few weeks back, and to this day I swear it was meant to be. I was sure finding the perfect hair stylist for me was impossible. But after my first visit at Julian Hans, my negative perspective had changed.

From the second I walked through the door I was surrounded by grateous people, and a relaxing atmosphere. Before I knew it I was in Saverio's chair, and all of his attention was on me & my hair care needs. Anybody can cut hair, but not everybody knows how to create the right cut for the right person. I have very thick hair and every time I wold get it cut it would end up feeling so thin, with no body.. But Saverio somehow left my hair looking longer, feeling fuller, and healthier than I have ever seen in my entire life. Not only that, but he was able to find the time to educate me about my hair, specific products that I should be using, and had reassured me that my hair care needs are confidently in his hands. I will be forsure returning to Julain Hans!

Rosemary and Saverio what a team, an amazing one. I am amazed how well informed I am when I get my hair color and haircut service here. Saverio really listens to me on what I want. He makes sure the health of my hair is always in the best condition so I can get the best result. This is by far a very professional environment from the first minute you walk in by Rosemary and by the whole team here. You really feel like royalty how everyone treats you and the color and cuts that I see while I am sitting having my service done. Wow!!

i have been going to julian hans salon on and off for about 15 years. i needed to get my hair done for thanksgiving and called on mon. to book an appt. fri. was the best offer but rosemary, got me in on wed. i go to sevario and he is the best. i went from brown to blond and my hair looks beautiful! i also got the best haircut and some tips from sevario on how to properly straighten my hair. after 35 years in the business he still gets excited about doing hair. if you want a family friendly salon that goes out of their way to make you feel welcome then give julian hans a try, i promise you it will be the best choice you make.

I can honestly say this is the best salon I have ever been to and trust me I've been to my share of salons. I'm 25 and have been getting my hair cut and colored since I was about 12. I am very picky about my hair. I like it very blonde (no gold what so ever) and I like it in a very dramatic angled bob. I have heard that this is a very haircut to do but I went and saw Yvonne and she did my hair absolutely perfect! I've never been so happy walking out of a salon. Usually it takes me awhile to adjust with a new haircut being able to style it at home but the next day I was able to style it just how I wanted it, if that isn't a sign of an amazing haircut I don't know what is.

Not only was I impressed with the work, the customer service was beyond amazing. The receptionist offered me a variety of drinks and everyone there was so friendly I felt as if I was at home.

Most salons all you hear is gossip and there was none of that going on in this salon. You could tell it was very high class and very professional.

Needless to say, I will be coming back and I will not go anywhere else.

I love to go to Julian Hans Salon because I always get a first class treatment then I sit back just being taking care with my favorite artist Savario. His creation just like art when I walk out I always get the compliments from the passers by!

You must step in to Julian Hans Salon to get the experience of a life time.

Went to Julian Hans for the first time yesterday looking for a better salon experience. I definitely found it at Julian Hans! Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like a special customer. Lauren cut and styled my hair, using a picture I brought. It turned out great! Have already made my next appointment.

What a wonderful place. The staff is always courteous and attentive. Hanna's attention to detail and desire to give me the perfect haircut keeps me coming back.

I have never experienced anything like this before in my life.

Earlier this year , I went to see Saverio for a haircut. He is very pompous and also very pushy with the products. I was willing to tolerate this if his haircuts were good. I was growing out one of those haircuts where the layers were too short on the top and too long underneath. I saw him twice...But was growing my hair so didn't come in often. EVERY TIME i came there he would wash my hair, NOT condition it and then spend way too long trying to sell me products, telling me how dry and damaged it is and how I should be coming in more. Anyway, about six weeks ago Saverio cut my hair again and guess what? He gave me that mullet that I spent more than a year growing out.

Yesterday, I went in for a cut to kind of get back to where things were again. (No big deal. Just thought I had to be more clear.) He was so offended that I said I didn't care for the last haircut that he spent 25 minutes telling me why my last haircut was perfect. He kept pulling up the really short pieces on the crown to show me how "perfect" they were. I have thick, fine hair and just because it's a "perfect haircut" doesn't mean it's a perfect haircut for me. But, I was nice, I asked him if he thinks I should wait longer and to just tell me if he wasn't able to do anything and he went on and on calling over employees over to look (Like they are going to tell their boss it wasn't a good haircut?) He stated telling me every reason imaginable as to why I had a short, thick, line for a layer on top. He said my hair was too curly (I straightened it.) then he said my hair is too damaged. (Back to that again.) I was willing to pay the $75 for his haircut again. All I was asking for was for the cut to be different.

Finally I just said, "I don't have time for this." ...And left.

His wife, Rosemary was always nice to me before but I have also heard her talk about customers/employees behind their backs when I was waiting for an appointment. When this was all going down with Saverio, she just stared at me. I wasn't sure if she just didn't know what to do or if she was glaring at me- I'm guessing the second. Also, it always took him nearly two hours to do my hair...Mostly because he would go on and on with bs about how he "invented point cutting", how people fly in from all over the world for his color, or how he is close friends with the owner of L'Oreal who just sold their company for 56 million dollars. His haircuts were average, honestly and extremely inconsistent. This place was not worth the aggravation. Very unprofessional. They could have tried to make things right but they did not.

Please contact me if you want to see pictures or want more information. I am 42 and this is the first review I have ever written for anything but I felt compelled. I also have to question the 98% positive reviews on citysearch. I can only imagine that these reviews are not genuine. I do know they are heavy on the marketing and send emails asking for votes and reviews.

Love Savario love the salon. My hair was really damaged from a bad salon I went too ( they over bleached). After only 2 times going to Saviro my hair has never been healthier. Great place great staff and his wife mkaes a awesome cup of coffee. They pamper you like if you were a star. I have finally found a salon that i am happy with.
